High Rise is a consultancy, and we treat client information the way we'd want ours treated. This document outlines what we collect, how we use it, and the controls we put around it.

1. What we collect

We collect only what we need to do the work: information you share during scoped engagements, business process metadata, technical logs, and anything you send us directly by email. For healthcare and other regulated engagements, additional handling terms are covered in the engagement agreement and applicable BAAs.

2. How we protect it

Client data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the engagement team, and we follow security practices appropriate to the environment, including healthcare-grade safeguards where the work requires them.

3. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us.
